Looking for a pedestrian friendly waterfront? You won't find it in Stevens Institute's latest plans for its waterfront site along Sinatra Drive between 5th & 6th Streets. Traffic engineers propose to add turning lanes & maintain a wide roadway that will encourage speeding traffic along the waterfront.
