The owner, John McMullen wants a new arena that has luxury boxes. How are "luxury" people going to get there? Can you imagine telling a client "Here are some Devils-Flyers tickets, use the company suite, and here are some PATH passes to get there"? These people use limos.

New Jersey Transit and PATH will be expected to alter their schedules for game nights. Temporary service adjustments like that will cost money for additional buses and trains, and overtime.
