Re: The Shipyard's expansion onto the pier......

How much money does one human being need? Is Mr. Barry competing with Imperatore, Lefrak, et al?

I don't like the idea of building out on the pier, but I'd be more in favor if it was a non-profit project, built charitably for the dispossessed in Hoboken or the world, or with all profits going to such people.

I think Mr. Barry would be a happier man (and I don't know him) if he focused more on the greater good. (My apologies if he is a closet philanthropist.)
